I have been taking my cars to Colorado Tire and Service for years. I have tried a few other car repair shops but always end up going back to Colorado Tire. The staff is very professional, honest and patient. Recently I had the back brakes, serpentine belt and pulley fixed. After that was fixed, the car was making another noise. It was diagnosed as air conditioner problem. Mike took the time to assure me it would be safe to drive my car, the air conditioner would keep working albeit the noise but that I shouldn’t wait to long to get it fixed. That was good news. I just paid off my car and want to keep it in good working order. The waiting area is clean and sunny with up to date magazines and a tv. Colorado Tire will continue to be my preferred business for car repairs. ~ Bobbie M

No mechanical work performed at Denver location except for oil change and some oil leak diagnosis/ tests. I wanted to single out mechanic Drew. I probably need several thousand dollars of repairs and have been hit lately with some big expenses. Drew was understanding and explained things clearly- how some things could be put off and others should be done. He even instructed me on how to make a simple hose change out to save some labor costs. Really appreciated this. It seems everywhere you go nowadays everyone is trying to extricate every dollar they can from. It gets very, very old. There is nothing worse than greed. So, thanks Drew. Bryce H and CTS team went above and beyond customer service they helped me get back on the road in no time. I had a slow leak back tire, and I came in. Bryce informed me I had a bent wheel. He helped me get a new rim ordered two new tires and back on the road within a few days. I drive for a living so any time off the road is very crucial for me. Time is money! I came in on a Monday evening had new rim and new tires by Friday morning. Bryce and his team this week took care of me with rockstar service! Anyone looking for an honest reliable car service, this is your place to bring all your car needs. And these days it’s hard to find honest place and good folks. Just to rant about the worse day ever, where everything was going wrong. I am beyond grateful I came across this tire shop when my tire was going flat and i was still 2 hours away from home. Darnel was above and beyond with his customer service and I appreciate the manager for being upfront and forward about a mistake that happened on their behalf. Their honesty kept me grounded, and they fixed the problem right away. This is by far the best experience I've had as a woman regarding my vehicle. And thank you to the gentlemen that let me borrow his daughters umbrella while I waited for him to change my tire. 100% recommend this place to anyone in the area. ~ Cristina M

I have been a loyal CTS customer at this location. Dealt with 4 customer service professionals there... And everyone was top notch. That alone is incredibly rare now a days, sometimes you like someone or don't, but here they all treat you with respect regardless. Top notch crew! Service was always great, there were a few hiccups along the road, but that is to be expected with car service, and you need to be aware of what services you need yourself, although I would still trust this crew to recommend the correct items if you don't. When asking them direct questions on whether I need something, there is no pressure on getting the service and straight up and honest answers everytime for many years there now. This is the 3rd car they are servicing and I will continue to recommend and use this company as long as they remain in this current level of professionalism. Thanks! ~ Artem K

I am in another state, but while in Denver they helped out my oldest daughter with her new car immediately to let her know her car was a good buy so we used their services after to keep maintenance. So my youngest daughter just bought her first car and it gave out on her the second day, I called and asked could they help my her out she would have it towed and they got on it right away and made my daughter feel safe about the services and she got it back within two days and running like a champ, she will trust no one else and I threw same if I ever move back or need service while in Colo🥰 thank you so much Ray and Tom for taking care of my kids who live in Denver🥰 ~ Michelle L

I had a slight emergency and found Colorado Tire & Service online. Even though they were busy, Kenny found a way to take care of my emergency. I have not experienced this kind of care, service, and concern in a long time - I don't remember when. This is the way people should be, this is the way businesses should be. How often can you say that you went to a business and left feeling better about the world or that you feel better as a person for having found them. I can say that about Kenny and CTS. Thank you. THIS IS NOT NO JIFFY LUBE OR LES SCHWAB Brought in my Lexus for new winter tires and after some recommendations from Bryce, I found a set of Bridgestones that fit perfectly into my budget and my driving habits. Just bringing the vehicle in included a full inspection and updated me on upcoming R/R, all completely free and with no pressure on signing for more work, even going as far to check some road noise I'd been noticing from the front of my car. Working full time, it's difficult to find time and transportation for maintenance, but CTS was able to have tires ordered and picked up same day, hold my car in the garage overnight, and give me a lift to work, all cheaper than the local Big O or Les Schwab. Have come here for almost all of my scheduled maintenance and will continue to do so in the future, incredibly knowledgeable technicians and clean, precise work every time. Skip the line at Jiffy Lube and save your money for the pros. ~ Adrian R

Every time I go to Colorado Tire I know I’m going to be treated well and with excellent customer service. The whole team there does an excellent job at helping with any issues and at a fair price. After I get work done Tom always asks how my experience was which shows he truly cares about the business he’s running. Sometimes it’s tough to trust certain autoshops but they reassured any worries I had and I always feel comfortable with Colorado Tire. Colorado Tire is one of the best shops around the Denver metro area. APower Electric Service has our entire fleet serviced by Colorado Tire. Our vans drive 25,000-30,000 miles per year and CO Tire keeps them running great with regular oil changes, general repairs/maintenance and tires! They have the best price in town for oil changes and our techs are always in and out in an hour or less. We love the 3 convenient locations which cater to our technicians who travel all over the city. The people and prices are great, the service is always fast and the repairs are done right the first time. ~ Caitie P

The alternator in my Grand Cherokee started to go out right at the beginning of our day-long drive back to Kansas City. We were fortunate to have been so close to Colorado Tire and Service. We took the Jeep in, explained our situation and the desire for quick turnaround, and they had the issue diagnosed and the alternator replaced under two hours. I was shocked at the speed of the repair and their willingness to put us at the front of the line to help us get back on the road. They were friendly and seemed honest. If I ever break down on I-70 again, maybe I’ll stop back in. ~ Corey S

What can be worse than driving to work in the early morning and having an issue with your car? Definitely, it's not the best start of the day. Luckily, my friend has suggested I contact Mr. Tom Teltow, a manager at Colorado Tire & Service at 1541 N. Chambers Road in Aurora. Several things have impressed me with the service and staff. First, a live person promptly picked up the phone when I called 4-5 times. Mr. John Russell, ASE MASTER TECH and one of the Service Managers, walked me through the process, spoke to me patiently, and clearly explained the fee and time expectations. Second, the service was fast, and I truly appreciate the knowledge and expertise of the lead technician Taylor who was able to promptly fix the car after the oil change shop did not properly install the undercar shield after replacing the oil... I appreciate the service I received, and Colorado Tire & Service deserved my trust to be a go-to place to service my car. ~ Karo P

I have been doing business with Colorado Tire and Service for over thirty, yes I said 30 years. I have lived my whole life in Aurora and have seen a lot of tire shops and auto shops come and go. CTS has been a constant in the Aurora area forever. The service and staff are unsurpassed by any shop I have ever done business with. It does not matter make, model or year, they can handle anything you throw at them. Tom and Jason go out of their way to perform far and above any competing shops in the East Metro area. From the 1st phone call to when I picked up my car every single person I communicated with was amazing! I had issues with my heater not working..... long story, however the dealership tried to screw me over. These guys were amazing!!!! Made me feel very comfortable the entire time while they were diagnosing the actual issue. Ended up fixing my heater issue for half the cost of what the dealership quoted me. ***** Best part is that they offer financing for customers which really helped me be able to get my heater working right away****** I will continue to take my car here from now on! ~ Jordan Z

WAY BEYOND GOOD SERVICE. im very picky when it comes to servicing my old caddy. since most of the shop in town do not work on wire rims yet this one does. Also the guy at the front Desk (Tom) was super helpful. He even called me during the services to inform me with different options. Unlike some other shops where they always try to do unnecessary jobs on your car to get more money out of you. Labor is $120/hour, kinda high imo but reasonable. Hell, they even helped me load the old wheels on back of my car. where else can you find a service this good? ~ Michael M

It’s very hard to find a honest mechanic these days, and the guys at Colorado Tire-Chambers location are amazing! I live in Denver and drive/tow all the way to them when my Betsy and Foxy (4Runner makes) need work!! They are very knowledgeable and won’t try to nickel and dime you. I have been a loyal customer for years know and wouldn’t have it any other way! Tom and Mike are wonderful and always do their best to treat us like family! Way to go guys!! Yoooo Kenny, was soo amazing. I had some issues that’s I thought would take about a week to resolve. They had my car in out within 2 days. Also, I forgot to grab the other managers names with the all white hair. Either way, great communication, clear and upfront of what was needed and what the resolution is. Overall, I hate going to mechanics because of how many bad experiences I have had but I will say I’m so super thankful for this team. I will be bring my jeep here for future work going forward. Brought both my cars in plenty of times & these guys were able to get me in & work with me. All the work done on both of my cars was done good & in a timely manner to were I could get back on the road, I’ve had my dad & grandpa also come here & they’ve had nothing but positive things to say. If you are having any trouble or issues with your car this is the place I’d recommend they will treat you like family & get you in & o it & back on the road In no time. Can’t say enough about this place. I called them with a bad battery knowing that I had to pick someone up from the hospital within an hour and a half. They went out of their way and even sent one of their employees to pick up the battery rather than wait for it to be delivered, and had it ready for me on time. They were helpful and courteous while going above and beyond to make sure the diagnosis was correct, and that it was fixed properly. You just can’t find this kind of service these days. A friend recommended them. I called to see when I could get in, spoke with Andrew, he was helpful in assisting me with an appointment. I took my car in for a diagnosis due to the check engine light came on. Upon completion I received a text message with the results along with pictures of various issues which included an estimate cost of repairs. Then Bryce called me & explained in great detail all the issues with the turbo & other components that were effected by the codes displayed from the diagnosis. It was a bit more than I had anticipated but they were good to work with & by them doing the work, they credited back the cost of the diagnostic. I took it in Tue morning, I asked when it might be done, & was told it should be done on Fri. On Fri morning Bryce called to say it was done. When I got there he explained the charges & took care of something that wasn't on the list & didn't effect the quote I had been given for repairs. Everyone there was very nice & accommodating to work with. ~ c h

I would defiantly recommend this location. I called a week or two in advance and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived the day of they could not find my appointment. However, both Nick and Ray took excellent care of me. Offering me the remote to change the channel on the tv and some coffee. They were able to squeeze in my oil change and tire rotation and honered the coupon I received in the mail. I was expecting to spend hours waiting, but it only took less than two hours. I was very surprised by the news I received from Lance at Colorado Tire. Me and my two young daughters were stranded in a parking lot with a Honda Pilot that would not start. My husband and his father came out to help us figure out the problem. They both stated they knew for sure it was the starter. Colorado Tire towed us to their Quebec location. They did their inspection and came back with GREAT NEWS. The repair was around $100.00. Not thousands of dollars!!!!! Colorado Tire has earned our business for life! T H A N K Y O U!!!!!! ~ Aileen R

I've used Colorado Tire and Service for years for everything from oil changes, regular maintenance, and emergency repairs. They always seem to have an appointment available within a day or two, and I feel like they value my time and my need to have my vehicle back as quickly as possible. No joke, they have personally gone above and beyond the call of duty to get my business vehicle back up and running more than a time or two. Pricing is always transparent and fair. We had taken our smoking engine Subaru to this shop, and they had dyed our fluids for us and did some investigation. After receiving our car back and driving it around for another week, we brought it back, and not too long later, they gave us pictures, videos, and call with everything that was wrong with the vehicle and offered a very fair price for fixing our vehicle. Everything went great for a couple of days, and our engine started to smoke again, we gave them a call, and they had taken our car in again. After discerning that this wasn't caused by us again, they honored their guarantee and repaired the engine again, going the extra mile for us. I'm extremely appreciative of all the hard-working fellows here that go above and beyond for their customers. Not to mention their patients with us explaining everything that is going on to our car-stupid selves! If you need a car mechanic, I highly suggest Colorado Tire & Service. I now have my 2nd car in this shop and once again am very pleased with the service that is being provided! ~ Joseph P
